|Unpaid||This status means that your order is still pending payment and has not been submitted yet.|
|In progress||This status indicates that your order is confirmed and accepted for fulfillment.|
|Delivered||This status indicates that your order is complete and uploaded to your account for approval. You may either revise the uploaded draft and approve it for downloading, or send it for revision to your writer if you are not fully satisfied with it. In the latter case you'll be prompted to provide your comments and detailed instructions for revision.|
|Revision request||This status is assigned to your order when your revision request is being reviewed by our support staff. We reserve the right to decline your revision request if it doesn't comply with your initial order instructions.|
|Revision||This status indicates that your revision request was approved by our support staff and is being currently fulfilled by your writer.|
|Completed||This status is assigned to your order after you review the uploaded draft and approve it. Such order is considered to be complete and delivered to you in full.|
|Cancelled||This status is assigned to orders that were manually cancelled by you or the support staff after being 'unfinished' or 'unpaid' for a long period of time.|
|Refund||This status indicates that your order was refunded and funds owned were returned to your account.|
